Exterior Improvements?
Adding a shed, fence, hot tub, pool, etc.? Make sure you let the Homeowners Association know first. These types of improvements may require approval from the board (see the bylaws for specifics under the HOA document tab.) Please include project specifics such as size, location, materials, etc. so the board can review.

Neighborhood Referral Network
A request has been made to create a "Neighborhood Referral Network" containing qualified trades-people who are recommended by folks in our neighborhood. From babysitters and tutors to accountants and lawyers...if you've experienced great service, we hope that you'll share your recommendation with the rest of us! Dues Reminder
Just a reminder that our dues are $26/month, paid twice a year. January-June dues ($156) are due by January 15, July-December dues ($156) are due by July 15. Late dues will incur a $3/month late charge. Frank works hard to keep our books straight, please help him by paying your dues on time. We send out e-mail reminders, so if for some reason you aren't getting your reminders, please e-mail twelveoaksathampton@hotmail.com to update your e-mail address.
